On performing the survey, we always follow the criteria that PESI have set for our surveyors as below:

1. Receive survey requests - Immediately contact the insurant and arrive at the site: no more than 3 working hours.
2. Update preliminary information about loss: 01 day after the completion of site inspection.
3. Prepare Preliminary report: after 03 working days
4. Prepare Transition reports: 03 days after receiving all the documentation and results of investigations to assess the cause and scope of insurance liability.
5. Update weekly the survey process to the Insurer and Insurant.
6. Monthly report to the Insurer of outstanding inspection cases.
7. Issue the final survey report: 7 working days after receiving all claim documentation from the insurant.
