Property loss

Property loss survey is to assess loss which belongs to fire insurance and special risks, accidental damage insurance, all industrial risks and property risk. In the assessment of loss of property, investigating the cause of loss and finding solutions will help clients to determine the cause and the extent of damage, from which there will be suggestions for repair, replacement and estimated repair replacement or claim insurance, warranty.

When conducting property loss survey, PESI surveyors will perform the following tasks:

- To record information related to the damaged property

- To record incidents leading to losses and measures to limit losses

- To investigate and determine the cause of the loss

- To assess of insurance liability for damage

- To calculate the level of damage

 

Engineering loss

Engineering loss survey is to assess loss which belongs to risk insurance in construction and installation, insurance of machinery and construction equipment, insurance of boiler, insurance of electronics.

 When conducting engineering loss survey, PESI surveyors will perform the following tasks:

- To record information related to the damaged object

- To record incidents leading to losses and measures to limit losses

- To investigate and determine the cause of the loss

- To assess of insurance liability for damage

- To calculate the level of damage

Property damage of Third party liability 

Loss adjust of third party liability is to determine the extent of damage to the third party and the extent of the fault of the parties; to determine the cause of the accident and whether the cause belongs to insurance coverage.

We currently provide inspection, calculation and distribution of losses for liability insurance claims, including:

- Product liability insurance

- Public liability insurance / Third party liability

 Usually third party damage includes:

- Property loss

- Human loss

 Depending on the extent of loss, PESI surveyors would have reasonable and objective loss adjustment.
